I have been playing around with Craigslist for a while and have found that when I post ads like the one I show you how-to in the Video below, I get the best conversion rates (up to 22%). Normally I wouldn't give away such a big secret like this, but I'm not a Realtor and I believe that if you honestly like the Video you will give me a like on Facebook.
